TTS Executive Coaching was founded in 2017 by Arun Rao, bringing over 24 years of corporate experience and 7 years as an entrepreneur into a single operating principle: prioritise IMPACT over ACTIVITY. We specialise in meaningful, result-oriented coaching and training — not busywork dressed up as development.

With a track record of coaching over 500 entrepreneurs and training over 5,000 corporate professionals, we design customised interventions strategically aligned with business goals.
